FITNESS ROOMS

A state of the art fitness room features nautilus equipment, treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes and more to work every area of your body. There are also small hand weights, exercise balls and more for you to add variety to your workout. In order to take advantage of the fitness room, you must be a member of Splash Zone. Those 16 years and younger are not allowed to use the fitness room.

Water and Land Aerobics

If you want some variety in your work, join us for an aerobic class. Splash Zone offers a wide variety of both land aerobics and water aerobics classes, including Zumba, Water Arthritis, Pilates, Spinning Classes, and more that are available to members and non-members. Join one class or try a variety of classes to keep your workout interesting. All classes are available in a drop in format; except for Tai Chi which is offered in 6 week sessions with no drop-ins available. Call Splash Zone for session dates. Below are class descriptions as well as calendar for this month's classes. Find one for you and join it today!

Ballroom Dancing

Fundamentals of ballroom dancing is primarily for beginners, however this is also a great refresher for advanced dancers.

(8 week session, no drop-ins)


Boot Camp

This “kick butt” workout will vary from week to week! Workouts will include, stations, ladders, kickboxing, push-ups and more!


Cardio Blast

This is a total body stretching, toning and cardio class designed to improve your overall flexibility and build muscle strength.


Pilates

This is a refreshing mind-body workout that improves core strength, flexibility and agility.


TBG (Thighs, Butts and Guts)

Burn and firm with this 45 minute toning workout that incorporates small bursts of cardio. This fun workout is amazingly varied, yet easy to follow.

Spinning

Spinning is an indoor group cycling workout that will take you on a visual bike ride, complete with motivating music. If you are looking to burn calories, check out a Spinning class where you can burn up to 600 calories in a 40 minute ride!


Yoga

This ancient practice helps create a sense of union in the body, mind and spirit. This class will include stretching, deep relaxation techniques and breath control.


Zumba

Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms! All fitness levels are welcome to join this fun and effective workout!
